Job Description
Indoor Sales Executive:
- Follow-up on sales inquiries via phone and/or email
- Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.
- Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required.
- Proactively follows up leads generated from campaigns.
- Handle complains and answer customer inquires.
Job Requirements
- Full Time.
- Sales skills.
- Knowledge in computer programs ( Microsoft office - Internet).
- Selling and negotiation skills.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Confident, professional and friendly telephone manner and skills.
- Persuasive ability with the ability to build relationships with customers.
- 1-3 years experience in telesales.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to deal with customers and solve complains on the spot.
- Good command of English.
- Basic salary plus commission.
