Role description:
- Public Relations - Ensuring that every customer gets the service they are looking for.
- Handling guests and ensuring that they are given enough knowledge about the regional cultural.
- Communicating with the guests and getting feedback.
- Compiling the feedback and suggesting new methods to increase customer satisfaction etc.
Main Activities:
- Co-ordinate with departments like Security and Housekeeping
- Bringing a whole new work culture and a very new perspective into the way of work and processes
- Handling guests and ensuring that they are given enough knowledge about the regional cultural
