Job Description

Role description:

  • Public Relations - Ensuring that every customer gets the service they are looking for.
  • Handling guests and ensuring that they are given enough knowledge about the regional cultural.
  • Communicating with the guests and getting feedback.
  • Compiling the feedback and suggesting new methods to increase customer satisfaction etc.

Main Activities:

  • Co-ordinate with departments like Security and Housekeeping
  • Bringing a whole new work culture and a very new perspective into the way of work and processes
  • Handling guests and ensuring that they are given enough knowledge about the regional cultural

Selection Process:

  • Candidate will be interviewed through Skype

Job Requirements

Backgrounds:

  • Business administration preferred.

Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Wordpress preferred.
