Job Description
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them personally or through telephone
- Ensures full and precise data entry for each patient's information and assists patients o complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance
- Optimizes patients' satisfaction and machines utilization by scheduling appointments
- Facilitates patient experience by reminding them with their appointment and informing them with the preparations needed for each procedure
- Guides patients throughout their visit and organizes the patient flow
- Formulates and implements new ideas to improve patient experience
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of radiology terminology and procedures is preferred
- Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
