Job Description
- Compile with all of the company's policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Analyze client's requirements to include identifying potential problem areas and recommend optimum approaches for project path. Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs.
- Analyze performance of programs and take actions to correct deficiencies
- Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.
- Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Coordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetables. Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner.
- Provide on-the-job support to new department staff members.
- Develop existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification. Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs.
- Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
- Analyze purchased computer based software solutions compatibility with company requirements.
- Identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
- Keep up to date with technical as well as industry sector developments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or communications major
- Fluency of English Language
- 4 - 6 years of working experience within the same field
- Previous experience in S/W development.
- Excellent knowledge of Developing Web Applications using ASP.Net C# (Web Forms and MVC)
- Excellent knowledge of MS SQL server development, tuning, SSIS and SSRS.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
- Knowledge of PHP, Oracle Database is a plus
