Job Description
- Manage all the local IM activities (SP , Electricity , Plumbing , Machines , HSE , IT , Furniture , Fuel , Lubricants , Mechanical , Catering , Printing , Etc… )
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase order for supplies and equipment
- Sourcing and introduce new local suppliers to the company vendor Masterfile
- Market analysis and price trend monitoring for the purchased items
- Review and negotiate POs contracts before placement
- Setting the team KPIs and objectives
- Evaluate the suppliers’ performance
- Conduct the regular reports related to the department performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Years of experience 5-7 specially in local indirect material purchases
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Very good English and computer skills.
- Experience in using SAP systems is preferred
