Job Description
- Acquire customers and new leads, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
- Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the sales team to achieve.
- Track goals through sales meetings that are conducted by the manager and report them.
- Motivate and support team to close sales.
- Marketing roles include planning, budgeting and coordinating initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office.
- Supervise exhibitions.
