Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help desk system.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
- Make Backup for all data according to the procedure.
- Prepare all required reports about help desk tasks.
Job Requirements
- Education : Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
- Experience : From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same filed
- Perfect English Language
- V.good Communication skills - Problem Solving skills - Able to work under stress
