Job Description:
- Working as a landscape architect to deliver design content and drawing packages from Concept Design through Planning Application Stage.
- Preparing visual content for project deliverables such as site plans, rendered views, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign content for presentations.
- Understanding and coordinating technical data on drawings.
- Preparing exhibition boards for client and public presentations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture / Fine Arts
- Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup
- Strong design skills with the ability to develop and present design solutions
- Excellent hand & computer graphic skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of 3D modeling programs would be beneficial (3D StudioMax / Rhino)
- Broad technical knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team would be beneficial but is not vital.
- The candidate should be a self-starter with a -professional approach and be willing to take on responsibility as is common in the dynamic nature of varied projects.
