Job Description

Our Client , an integrated independent multinational solar power producer, delivering affordable, rapidly deployable and sustainable source of clean energy worldwide,is looking for an HR Advisor:

  • Coordinating and overseeing a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.
  • Assisting the Country Manager in Cairo with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and office management duties.
  • Coordinating, managing and ensuring that the Cairo Office, IT and HR administration and daily operations, are efficiently executed.
  • Administrating and performing reception and phone answering service, office stationary supply , filing.
  • Providing procurement services as instructed by management.
  • Preparing, updating and maintaining personnel data records including training records , leave applications, attendance sheets, medical records, operations procedures, etc.
  • Administrating and/or performing payroll services
  • Assisting and updating with HR reporting and when required
  • Contribute to HR projects
  • Assisting with the collecting of all relevant information for the company's job requisitions
  • Assisting hiring manager in screening of CV’s
  • Assisting in setting up interviews and doing reference checks
  • Assisting with the on boarding of new employees, including preparation of induction pack and the coordination of induction.
  • Assist the responsible manager with the preparation of disciplinary documentation
  • Advising managers on company policy and employment legislation
  • Coordinating annual salary review process and administer related documentation
  • Ensure benefits packages are aligned to local country standards and according to HR policy and within country employment legislation
  • Face to face interaction and representative on Industrial relations and Legislative Labor matters and disciplinary actions when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3- 5 years general HR and Administration experience in an international matrix organization
  • Working knowledge of local employment legislation
  • IT knowledge – familiar with Sharepoint and MS Exchange
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
  • Solution-oriented / problem-solver
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
