Job Description
- Greeting customers when they walk through the door
- Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
- Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed
- Inviting customers to search the company’s website
- Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program if there is one
- Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
- Collaborating to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the stores responsible
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Abilities to Coordinate with the Retail Sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 month of experience in Sports Retail field
- Ability to express oneself clearly and persuasively when making sales
- Calm, professional demeanor even when confronted by discourteous customers
- Good English Speaker
