Job Description
Beta Egypt is creating a new project in New Cairo, so we are expanding our team.
The main responsibilities and duties:
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Responsible for the negotiation processes.
- Consult clients on market conditions.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers.
- Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
- Maintaining contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
Job Requirements
- BA or BSc. any discipline
- This is an offshore account, so fluency in English is a must and it's non-negotiable. extra language preferably
- High communication skills.
- Selling and Negotiating skills
- 2-7 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience is must).
- Age 24-35
- Preferably resident of "Heliopolis- Nasr City- 5th settlement" .
