Job Description
- According to the market demand of the region and the annual marketing plan of our company, Regional Manager makes marketing strategy and decomposes promotion plans and goals.
- Regional Manager may also take charge of the planning and management of the sales channel in the region, track continuously and maintain the order of market competition.
- Regional Manager is responsible for the coordination, service and promotion of regional distributor to ensure the rise of brand value in the region.
- Regional Manager Should Implement the work plan in the region by matching the marketing center to plan, organize and carry out all promotion activities.
- Regional Manager also take charge of the return visit of important customers in the region and deal with theirs' objections and complaints timely.
Job Requirements
Experience in Auto Spare parts is a must
- More than 5 years' sales experience in Appliances, Auto Spare Parts, Radiators and Heat Exchange Equipment.
- Experience in African Markets.
- Aged from 25 to 40, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or French. Well-educated is preferred.
- Know well local laws, industry development trends, products development trends, import and export trade process, as well as brand marketing concept.
- The ability of processing documents and sending/receiving mail with computer and promoting our products on Internet.
- High teamwork spirit, high work autonomy; honest, reliable, well conducted and amiable.
- Have good professional conduct and good communication skills.
