Job Description
- This position aims to help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners
Job Responsibilities :
- Extract, Anticipate, organize and Manage requirements
- Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders, and resolve conflicts
- Identify the current- and future-state business processes.
- Support Sales Operations by Providing best practical and cost-effective Solutions in response to clients’ requirements
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in System and Business Analysis
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements
- Experience in Providing solutions and Responding to RFPs
- Experience in Power Point and Visio
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML,
- Experience in Modeling techniques and methods
- Experience in software effort estimation techniques
- Knowledge of Test Cases
- Very good written and verbal communication skills both in English & Arabic
- Good Presentation Skills
- A degree in IT / Computer Science
- BA Certification is a plus
- TOGAF knowledge is a plus
