Job Description
- Provide excellent image of the company to clients.
- Handling renting, buying and selling requests for clients.
- Supervise other requests being handled by team members.
- Using different channel to contact customers via email, telephone, management referrals, social network and outside visits to open sales leads.
- Understand clients needs and recommend most suitable properties for their need and budget.
- Advise clients on competitive market price of each property, mortgages, legal requirements and related issues.
- Advise sellers on maintenance needs and how to make homes more attracting to prospective buyers.
- Visit properties to assess them before being inspected by the clients.
- Coordinate property inspection appointments and accompany buyers during visits.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration and attend negotiation between buyer and seller.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Customer follow up and resolve their problems and explain concepts after sales service.
- Develop networks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred.
- Prepare documents such as presentations, contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
- Locate and appraise undeveloped areas for building sites, based on evaluations of area market conditions.
- Contact property owners and compile listings of available properties.
- Promote sales of properties through advertise services, open houses, and participation in marketing events.
- Review journals and websites to be up to date with the market and participate in meetings and seminars.
- Updates management by forwarding weekly action reports and follow up team work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate field (previous work in 6th of October City & 5th settlement areas is a must)
