Job Description
- Domestic tours involve residents of the given country traveling only within their own country. Tours offered in this country could be national parks tours, Nile river boat cruises, colors canyons tours , Boat trips , Sky Discovery , Desert Skating ,Dahab tours, Sahara tours, Marsa Alam, Diving ,train tours, the options are endless and the income potential for tour directors is substantial.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Handling Hotels reservations and inbound holiday packages for individuals and groups.
- Contacting hotels, suppliers and negotiating rates.
- Interact with clients over the phone, email , social media channels or website forms.
- Contacting hotels, suppliers and negotiating rates.
- Selling various trips types in Egypt (Honeymoon, leisure, adventure, etc.) based on required budget.
- Preparing quotations, itineraries, and packages for all markets.
- Prompt dealing with the last minute requests.
- Minimum of 4+ Years solid experience as a Domestic Tour Operator.
- Excellent knowledge about hotels in different categories all over Egypt.
- Excellent knowledge about tours all over Egypt.
- Excellent knowledge about Nile cruises and all sightseeing in its itineraries.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (Speaking and Writing).
- Excellent computer skills.
- Has a positive and pleasant attitude.

- This position requires high level communication skills, experience in clients handling, attention to details, good coordination skills.
- The candidate should guide our clients through the New Admin Capital as well as sponsoring Developers and will make sure that our guests are having a world class experience.
- He will also make sure that the booking, onboarding and closing survey processes are all going flawless.
Job Requirements
- Advanced/Native level of English and Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- Impeccable Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Advanced level of PC knowledge.
- Self-motivated individual with proven ability to work in a target-based environment and to achieve sales goals and objectives
Qualifications
- Age from 26 - 38 ( We prefer Female)
- 4-12 years of experience in Domestic Tourism
- Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
