Job Description
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including and not limited to negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our services according to clients’ needs and objectives.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Using contacts to generate new business.
- Understanding client requirements & gather missing data (site pix, dimensions, and site plan).
- Document gathered data & brief Operation Manager & Creative Director via mail/meeting.
- Update client with project progress & comply with delivery time.
- Assure the creative department are working on client’s brief by check points.
- Present design to client (via meeting/email).
- Get and Deliver feedback to creative dept.
- Prepare project breakdown with Creative Director for Traffic Manager.
- Handling and solving client concerns.
- Point of coordination between operation and Client.
- Gather clients’ feedback and identify improvement points for client.
Job Requirements
- High follow up skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Agency background with experience not less than 2 years.
- A team leader and a team player.
- Strong presentation skills
