Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Build and align marketing plan to support sales target.
- Looking after marketing activities outsourced or insourced.
- Manage the accounts’ and build strong business relations.
- Support the operation/team during the collection.
- Align with the delivery team to spot opportunities and generate new sales for the existing customer base.
- Keeping up positive business connections to guarantee future deals
- Perform money-saving advantage and needs an investigation of existing/potential clients to address their issues
- Accomplish settled upon deals targets and results inside the schedule
- Understanding for overall business development, including prospecting, closing and account development skills
- Identifying new business, making presentations and keeping in regular contact with our customers
- Planning for a periodically sales target, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provide them with information to maximize the sales volume.
- Prospect new customers establish new relationships from the interest generation stage through to close.
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years of relative experience in the Software Market.
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong experience in selling IT Solutions, Services, and Hardware.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Having the ability to generate and qualify new leads/opportunities.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Gulf Area experience is a must.
