Job Description
- Help drive the engagement and commitment within the company to achieve the utmost goal for our culture fit.
- On-boarding/ Induction of new hires with coordination with the HR Department, and making sure they are aware of the company's culture, vision and values – along with getting them enrolled with their team – and communicating properly their orientation program with the head of department.
- Supporting the employees with the needed tools/materials, and working on developing and improving all teams' engagement towards the culture aspects.
- Planning and organizing all the company's activities internally and externally (team building, etc).
- Develop techniques to monitor the acceptance and movement of culture issues throughout the company.
Job Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience with people engagement background.
- Excellent communication & Organization skills.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize.
