Job Description
- Manages, Monitors and design all information technology activities.
- Manages IT Department and ensures that on going technical support and solutions are provided effectively.
- Evaluates the efficiency of service delivery methods and analyze users' complaint and keep infrastructure updated in order to meet organizational needs.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing.
- Develops IT strategies in partnership with company's vision in order to achieving the goal through innovative application of technology.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
- Ensures that the maintenance and installation procedures are followed by IT Staff immediately and Troubleshoots complex problems.
- Give the full Support to provide a stable and reliable platform to the whole organization.
- Maintains positive working relations-hips with vendors, service provider and third parties.
- Oversee all phases of projects from conception to completion
- Control department budgets and expenditure.
- Ensures that cost maintenance strategies are assessed on a periodic basis and the cost effectiveness is achieved.
- Develops and maintain logical and physical security strategies and effectively communicate it to the whole department for execution and follow up the planning and prioritizing process through the IT Supervisor.
- Develops project plans for system development.
- Prepare test scenarios, provides proper training to the assigned parties.
- Assign tasks to team members.
- Manages changes with various functions and Take corrective actions to minimize risks.
- Manage and maintain procedures that provide IT security.
- Manages the entering of new software.
- Monitor the Renewal of licensing requirements.
- Provides inputs and negotiates with business administration in order to procure specified software at an optimal cost.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer/ communication engineering or equivalent
- PMP certificate
- MBA is required or Completed Management training.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Hold IT and networking certificates
- Managerial skills; leadership
- Excellent negotiation skills, creative thinking, decision- making, conflict management, delegation skills, problem solving skills
- Analytical, presentation skills, time management, customer service
