Job Description
- Assists the in preparing the man power plan annually and prepares all documents needed during the preparation.
- Post open positions to online recruiting sites and newspapers, mail job announcements on the internet.
- Executes all channels of recruitment process and updates or establishes related job descriptions if needed.
- Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation the HR and departmental heads.
- Utilizes the Internet for recruitment.
- Posts positions to appropriate Internet sources.
- Researches new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
- Uses social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Schedules and Organizes interviews.
- Participates in applicant interviews.
- Assists in developing job descriptions.
- Assists in Developing testing tools for recruitment.
- Receive staff appraisals periodically and assist in ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor degree in business administration , or other related field.
- Human resources diploma/certificates are required.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Microsoft office proficiency and Internet research
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal communication skills, active learning, time management, active listening skills, develops professional relationships, presentation skills, trouble shooting, multi-tasked.
