Job Description
- Updates and maintains the CEO’s calendar.
- Coordinates and sets up high-level conference calls, board and management meetings, special events and travel arrangements.
- Coordinates preparation and timely dissemination of reports.
- Provides superior administrative support to CEO, including correspondence, coordination, communications and problem resolution.
- Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning.
- Answer phone calls, transfer call in / out office, set appointment for board members and head of department.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office buffet needs, equipment layouts, and procurement of stationary.
- Reception for all walk-in persons and maintain they visits.
Job Requirements
- University degree, 3 : 5 Years' minimum experience in the same role
- Good command of English.
- A good knowledge of all office systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Able to work under pressure
