The Client Success Manager is a very unique role where you get to interact with different teams, create streamlined processes and ultimately increase restaurant's performance on elmenus and advise them with the best products and advice that help them grow.
Requirements
Your role will include:
- Ensuring the success of all clients’ subscription on elmenus.
- Launching, tracking and reporting on clients’ subscriptions performance.
- Liaising between our restaurant consultants and other teams
- Collaborating with our restaurant consultants in business development proposals.
- Analyzing data about restaurants and suggesting different ways of tailoring and targeting their messages using different products at elmenus
Job Requirements
Must Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service or administrative role
- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent English language skills (writing, speaking and understanding)
- A positive, can-do attitude at tackling problems and reaching win-win solutions
- Self-motivated and can work well under pressure
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm for work in a fast-paced growing startup environment
- Curiosity to learn about the restaurant industry and always suggesting new areas of improvement at elmenus
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity of restaurants across Cairo
- Loving food is a plus!
