Job Description
- Complete the procedures for new hires and termination procedures.
- Complete the company’s personnel files.
- Follow up the implementation of the company's policy and its representation in front of all agencies, bodies and institutions that the company deals with through the human resources department such as (labor offices - insurance office - health insurance authority).
- Implementing the company's policy regarding the vacations system.
- Implementation of the company's internal regulations.
- Follow up the employees ’commitment to the daily attendance and departure dates.
- Follow-up of attendance, vacations and duties for employees.
- Work on the (Delta) program for personnel affairs, which includes the balance of vacations, penalties, attendance, departure and overtime.
- Executing penalties for employee .
- Preparing files and archiving them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Males Only
- 1-3 years work experience
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages
- Excellent Knowledge of computer & Microsoft offices
