Job Description
- Supervise Innovation projects related to Ebni.
- Run externally funded Innovation support programs (as needed).
- Designing & Overseeing the execution of the incubation annual program.
- Recruitment of new ideas to be incubated / accelerated according to EBNI KPI’s.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of the Accelerator's programming schedule, which will include trainings, retreats, pitch sessions, monthly Fellows and Alumni meetings, stand-ups, etc.
- Monitoring the progress of the incubated companies and actively helping growing them.
- Provide targeted one-on-one support to incubated fellows to clear obstacles, review monthly financial reports, and monitor company progress.
- Arrange strategy consulting to the ventures in areas such as business model, client acquisition, overall strategy, financing, fundraising, market research, operations, contract negotiations, etc.
- Attend the advisory board meetings for the accelerator.
- Building the consultants & mentors network of the accelerator.
- Lead Ebni operation team.
- Fundraising and investors relations both regionally and globally.
- Deal sourcing and due diligence for investment leads.
- Securing partnerships with regional and global players.
- Build high-level relationships with key national and local institutions, such as ITIDA, TIEC, financial institutions at large, Ministry of Scientific Research.
- Represent EITESAL as the active member of the board of portfolio companies.
- Supervise / outsource: Online marketing campaigns to ensure the proper reach.
- Creating creative briefs, developing content calendar, monitoring the interaction on social media accounts as well as generating monthly analytics reports.
Job Requirements
- Passion for innovation & entrepreneurship, in the area of ICTE with balanced experience in technology, finance / fund raising, and PR exposure.
- Certifications and/or qualifications in these aspects is privileged.
- Entrepreneurial drive and experience of 6+ years.
- Proven experience and understanding of policy, advocacy, evaluation, business, and finance.
- Strong leadership and project management skills (goal-setting, organization, and implementation).
