Performs administrative tasks that is related to the daily works of the firm and
support activities as requested by the Managing Partner and/ or Partner.
Fielding and screening telephone calls.
Receiving and directing visitors.
Word processing, creating spreadsheets and filing.
Extensive software skills and Internet ability research.
Strong communication skills.
Department assistant and coordinator.
Managing calendars.
Booking flights and hotels.
Meeting and event arrangements.
Preparing reports.
Job Requirements
BSC of Business Adminstration or any other related field
Fluent English is a must
0-2 years of experience in similar position
