Job Description

Performs administrative tasks that is related to the daily works of the firm and
support activities as requested by the Managing Partner and/ or Partner.
 Fielding and screening telephone calls.
 Receiving and directing visitors.
 Word processing, creating spreadsheets and filing.
 Extensive software skills and Internet ability research.
 Strong communication skills.
 Department assistant and coordinator.
 Managing calendars.
 Booking flights and hotels.
 Meeting and event arrangements.
 Preparing reports.

Job Requirements

BSC of Business Adminstration or any other related field

Fluent English is a must

0-2 years of experience in similar position
