About BouncBox :
BounceBox is the newest trampoline park in Egypt. Located at Maxim Mall in new Cairo, we will have all your favorite indoor trampoline activities along with a couple of new challenges and surprises that will provide hours of fun for the whole family. We are currently looking for a Park Manager to run the day to day operations in coordination the Managing Partners. Trampoline parks are fast paced, fun, energetic and thriving leisure facilities, offering young children to adults a wide range of extreme activities, including fitness and training, and of course FUN.
As Park Manager you will be experienced within the Entertainment/Leisure industry, possessing excellent customer service skills. This is a really hands on role, with duties including ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to, implementing strategies and processes for the park, and supporting senior management team in all areas of the park. You will be a key-holder, opening and / or closing the park on a daily basis, ensuring the park operates smoothly throughout its opening hours. You will be responsible overseeing that all staff are undertaking and completing their designated jobs, whilst maintaining the highest standards of service throughout the park at all times.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter, motivated and energetic individual, with excellent leadership skills, while a professional background in sports, leisure or entertainment would be ideal. It is essential that you have a clear understanding of Health and Safety, be happy to work under pressure and meet deadlines on a daily basis. Whilst this job is great fun and the hours may be flexible, you will be expected to work evenings, weekends and holidays as per an industry-standard shift rotation. A CPR / First-Aid certificate would be a plus, and certification will be a requisite for non-holders upon hiring.
Position Description:
- Assists in interviewing and selecting qualified candidates to hire
- Provides training, instruction and guidance to all staff members & serves as the park's chief culture enforcer
- Supervises weekly work schedules along with monitoring staff punctuality and attendance
- Enforces the rules in place for all positions, ensuring the safety of both customers and staff; counsels and disciplines all staff members.
- Responsible for the operation and profitability of the Trampoline Park in addition to the safety and cleanliness of the entire facility.
- Superior organization skills are essential. You will be overseeing many moving parts of the business & as many as 10 part time employees.

Job Requirements
Our successful Park Manager will have:
- Previous experience in a busy leisure/retail environment in a management position
- Experience in managing a team with proven leadership qualities necessary to motivate and develop the team
- Strong Customer Service experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Extensive knowledge (5+ years) with Retail / Leisure management experience
- Extensive knowledge of handling personnel matters and team management
- Budgeting and arithmetic skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to balance the needs of guests and employees simultaneously
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Computer, Internet & Social Media knowledge
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years in Retail/ Leisure management position
