Update job descriptions and conduct job analysis
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Develop and administer an effective recruiting process to recruit Technology focused employees
Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates and disseminate to hiring managers.
Develop insightful/appealing/effective job postings and post to social media recruiting sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to increase the available candidate pool.
Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified candidates specialized in IT technology.
Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet position requirements. full understanding of our organization's policy, procedures, and standards Support in different HR functions as needed.
Ensure all new hires have submitted all the needed hiring documents.
Implement training and development plans.
Help in Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

Education:

Language: Excellent English and Arabic.

Computer: Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).

Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience.
