Job Description
Main Duties:
- Improves IVD products marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
- Provides information on IVD products by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Putting together a content marketing strategy for the IVD products Researching potential target customers.
- Work with distribution partners in developing joint targets within clinical accounts where appropriate.
- Training the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns including: Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Advertising with select partners, etc.
- Lead the team in the different departments to make a sub marketing plan for each department.
- Evaluate marketing and sales team members and assist their decisions with his experience.
- Accountable for the accuracy and quality of personal work & the project teams’ outputs.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Be able to represent the company at municipal / local authorities and provide appropriate solutions to any dilemmas that may arise.
- Consistently seek to improve the company’s design & operational quality efficiently & intuitively.

Job Requirements
- BS in Pharmacy, science, medicine or biotechnology.
- MS degree in a scientific field, business (MBA) or marketing
- From 7 to 10 years years of experience in marketing and/or sales of medical devices.
- Excellent motivational leadership, Communication and Presentation skills to inspire performance.
- Relevant industry experience ideally from a competitor.
- Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
