Job Description
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including a wide array of commercial transaction documents.
- Reviewing, vetting and drafting of non-standard contracts
- Work on corporate transactions and other wider projects with due diligence, research, and ancillary contracts.
- Some Intellectual Property-related matters, Including knowledge of the registration process.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (ability to draft in both English and Arabic)
- Law Degree from a reputable University
- Strong drafting skills
- Demonstrate an aptitude for dealing with complex and intricate transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and that require a more creative approach
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a role that is corporate/commercial focused
