Job Description
- Answer Clients Inbound Calls
- Provide with services information
- Enter new customer information into system
- Update existing customer information
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone
- Follow up customer calls when necessary
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
Shifts swapping :-
Morning shift from : 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Night Shift from : 04:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
