Job Description
- Assisting in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial and non –financial closings.
- Developing the understanding of current physical process and IT Set up with specific modules
- Handhold the process reimplementation of certain SAP modules.
- Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables and identifying the current-and future-state business processes.
- Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future
- Designing the Management Information System to facilitate business performance.
- Hold governance processes to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on the progress, risks and challenges in selected IT initiatives. Act the linking pin between corporate IT and the BU.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years working in the field of IT / Business Analysis, and preferably in FMCG sector.
- Age doesn’t exceed 30 years old.
- Bachelor degree of IT sciences, accounting, business administration or any other equivalent specialization from a reputable faculty / university.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Strong accounting, budgeting & planning knowledge.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules [FI, CO & MM modules]
- Strong professional track record with proven experience in project management, change management, and designing & developing business reports, score cards, KPIs dashboards.
