Ensure that all servers and services are up and can cover organization usage.
Responsible for monitoring servers’ performance and system logs to guarantee 1005 uptime.
Responsible for documenting all systems configuration and update it.
Generate daily reports for the downtime issues and resolution steps.
Manages the recovery plan implementation and ensure that each server is up and running after any outage.
Monitor different data center equipment and run periodically test its functionalities.
Plan and develop the upgrade and backup plan for according to the business needs.
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Identify different approaches for controlling hardware and software resources to fit the team budget.
Work with different teams to establish and improve services processes and procedures.
Ensure the information security and data availability.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related degree.
1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent English language.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Windows Server 2008 and 2012 administrating, SQL Server 2008/2012 administrating, Exchange 2010/2013/Office365 administrating, IIS 6.0 and 7.0 administrating, MS TMG administrating, Symantec Backup Exec Administrating, Kaspersky Administration
Experience in MS System Center Suite.
Extensive knowledge in UNIX/Linux configuration and administration.
Self-motivated, independent and analytical thinking.
Good management skills.
