Job Description

We are hiring Telesales to play a vital role in generating leads. We need to contact potential and existing customers by phone to inform them of our company's services. As well as receive phone calls of people responding to direct marketing and advertising campaigns.

Job description:

  • Providing the customer with information about a company's services to create interest and needs.
  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads.
  • Providing reliable and actionable data to support the team to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Pre-qualifying prospects to make the work of sales teams easier.
  • Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Surveying customer satisfaction.
  • Using the data provided or created to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence.
  • Converting leads into customers.
  • Cold calling and helping to requirements from leads.
  • Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of a company through effective customer relations, empathy, and effective communication skills.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • 2-4 years of experience in related areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a team and cooperation within and outside the telesales department.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work with a phone for long hours.Excellent command of Arabic and good command of English languages.
  • Experience 2-3 years working on telemarketing to generate new leads for sales
  • Experience in generating leads for technology, hardware, and software solutions
  • Experience in evaluating the leads that come from inbound calls from prospect customers
  • Experience in evaluating and filtering directories to build the needed contact's base that can help on reaching the targeted customers
  • Experience in reaching the decision-makers and get connected with them
  • Experience in targeting the right market sector based on the company sales plan
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Internet searching and browsing
  • ERP Experience (Preferred)
