Job Description
- Organizes, coordinate and support all related administration works in operations offices.
- Works as liaison between head office and other offices.
- Coordinate the exchanges of information, correspondence and official documents among the head office and port office.
- Ensures all correspondences are arrived to the concerned parties.
- Monitor employee's attendance, commitment and their adherence to company's regulations and settled working shifts and schedules.
- Ensures that staff finger prints are installed and operated on company's attendance machine.
- Monitors new entrance attendance and ensure that they aware and apply all company's rules and regulation.
- Prepares the work schedules and working shifts for operation team and calculate their shifting rates
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns after reviewing the case with HR section
- Assure confidentiality and security of records and information
- Monitor and supervise all maintenance works in each work premises
- Support other departments to solve related administrative problems regarding workforce and other administrative issues
- Support new innovative ideas and techniques to improve performance, discipline and to reduce incurred costs.
- Apply problem-solving concepts, win-win bases in negotiations, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and good contacts to solve the problems.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with Authorities and users, government representatives.
- Ensures the completeness of official documents to ensure the operations of outsourced equipment according to public laws and regulations.
- Ensures the Issuance and renewal of all company’s work permits and work licenses in timely manner.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, logistics or equivalent
- Very good command of English
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Ability to adapt with new software technology
Skills required:
- Effective oral and written communication, multi-task, strong interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
- Understanding of internal and external environment, demonstrate attention to detail.
