Job Description
The applicant for this position should be familiar with all aspects of human resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Personnel and Learning & development.
He should be able to carry out various HR projects, programs and tasks and acts as a professional point of contact for answering employee requests and queries in a diligent and effective manner.
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and maintain a proper pool of talents to fulfill potential vacancies.
- Prepare job Ads, sourcing, screen job applications & CVs. and interview applicants and makes recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
- Increase the sourcing channels and develop the selection process & tools.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new comers to assure smooth engagement.
- Make recommendations to develop the induction program.
Employment Relations:
- Ensure enrollment and disenrollment of current and potential employees in the Social Insurance system.
- Handle internal investigations with employees to implement proper actions in accordance with Egyptian Legislations and internal policies and procedures when needed.
- Responsible for New employee ( Hiring Credentials, Users , their Tools and Orientation Sessions)
- Administer employees benefits
- Conduct Exit Interviews
Learning & Development:
- Conduct the competency gap analysis & the training needs analysis (TNA), made a short list of the training providers with the best offers and set the training plan and training calendar
- Monitor training costs and evaluate the training program effectiveness
- Develop the training procedures and Training Manual.
Job Requirements
- HR diploma or any related professional certificates is preferred
- 1-2 Years of experience with at least 3 HR Functions (FMCG Industry is preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluency in English & Arabic written as well as verbal
- High level of Resilience and the ability to cope with challenges.
- Ability to think logically and methodically
- Ability to plan, schedule & utilize all resources
- Good investigative and problem-solving skills
- Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in project planning & event organizing
- Proficiency at Excel & PowerPoint is a must
- Proficiency at Visio & Photoshop is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & advanced Search
