Job Description
- Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.
- Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results.
- Develop and manage a prospect/lead pipeline using an internal CRM.
- He/she develops leads from prospective buyers who show the slightest interest in products offered by the organization.
- Telesales team leaders contact already established customers about new products that arrive in the company, intimate them with their uses and benefits and inquire if they might be interested in buying them.
- Facilitate direct sales by instructing team members to inform existing customers about new arrivals in the company and encouraging them to make sales
- Responsible for executing the growth strategy

- To use selling techniques and knowledge to secure quality appointments
- To achieve/over-achieve on daily/weekly/monthly team targets
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on lead generation and team performance

Job Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience in the same field in an IT company and preferably Oracle Partner.
- Technical background is preferred.
- Exhibit good marketing skills to make high sales.
- Excellent presentation skills to convince customers about new products.
- Good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members.
- Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully.
- Ability to make good sales decision.
- Experience of leading and managing in a Telesales environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate.
- Experience working with business customers in a Telesales environment.
- Excellent Command of English Language
