Job Description
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
- Coordinate venue, accommodation, hotels, training setup and all event material needs with events coordinator and send the information to trainers, consultants and facilitators.
- Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
- Meeting with vendors for the logistical tasks etc.
- Keep track of all training assessments and prepare an analysis report on its effectiveness as per the feedback received and update the data base.
Working Conditions: The Training Coordinator works in office and event environments.
Job Requirements
Computer & Language skills
- Very good office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English spoken and written.
Personal characteristics:
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving, Presentable, Self-motivated
- Organizational skills – able to plan and manage own time effectively
- Patient, Flexible, Positive attitude.
- Interested in HR filed specifically training.

Years of experience: fresh graduates are preferred. (Previous experience in training coordination is a plus)
