Job Description
- Manages a team of software engineers that architect and design enterprise software products and operating systems.
- Writes product requirement documents, implements and tracks development time-lines, and negotiates feature sets with the development leads and product teams.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
- Minimum of 7 years of working in a professional environment with proven experience for at least 2 year in software development with track record of team leading/managing position
- Experience agile methodology life-cycle.
- Experience in data modeling
- Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem solving skills.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
