Job Description
Listaproperty is a real Estate portal based in the UAE with a regional focus. We are experiencing growth in our traffic and are looking to expand our business through hiring Local Sales Agent to take our sales to the next level in Egypt.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ability to get past gate keepers to present the benefits of advertising with us to Marketing Managers and Senior Managers of various eligible companies
- Evaluate competition through research and competitive analysis in order to sell the benefits of our site and services
- Identify new business opportunities and help improve internal processes
- Increase online sales revenue
- Find new Agent/Broker opportunities
- Establish and manage existing corporate/VIP client accounts
- Manage existing customer and prospect details and update internal CRM system
- Set appointments with potential clients and present in person value proposition of our website
- Increase listings regionally
- Increase the regional client database of agents, developers, home owners
- Source and develop ideas for new revenue streams
- Aid in business development regionally
- Liaise with the team in Dubai
Job Requirements
- Must have experience with outbound telesales and speak fluent English and Arabic.
- Must have a good understanding of local and regional markets and areas
- Background in Real Estate or classified advertising is an advantage
- Experience with sales pitch techniques
- Have the focus, persistence and positive outlook to meet the demands of the sales roles
- Be impeccable with presentations to potential clients via professional communication and appearance
- Must be comfortable and productive working remotel.
