Job Description

Supervising the Compensation Section:

  • Supervising the payroll system.
  • Maintain and update payroll records.
  • Responsible for issuing all payment in time.
  • Work on day to day on compensation queries from the staff by Identify and determine the causes of compensation related problems and develop recommendations.
  • Conduct periodic audits on payroll system and prepare requested analytical reports.
  • Use various methods and techniques and make analytical reports.
  • Responsible of maintaining other Compensation activity such as loans, job offers, hr letter, etc…

Supervising the Benefits System:

  • Recommends benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements and trends and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.
  • Evaluate employees benefits and develop new programs
  • Supports management's decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
  • Maintains benefit records by developing record-keeping systems; initiating new-hire benefits; recording changes.
  • Accelerate delivery of benefits by establishing and maintaining working relationships with benefit providers.
  • Reconciles benefits accounts by approving billing statements.
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Supporting the compensation and benefits strategy/projects:

  • Supporting several compensation and benefits projects such as, job evaluations, salary structure, etc…
  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
  • Set the organization’s pay structure and benefits offerings.
  • Perform complex data analysis to determine the best pay and benefits plans for an organization.
  • Analyze data on wages and salaries, and they evaluate how their organization’s pay structure compares with that of other companies.
  • Assists with the annual budgeting process.
  • Support the C&B Manager to prepare the annual operation plan and HR budget.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • From 6 to 8 years of relevant and proven working experience
  • Working knowledge of salary grading structure and job evaluation systems
  • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
