Job Description
- Preparing the budget for the needed arts and crafts materials.
- Requesting the needed arts & crafts materials from suppliers.
- Following up with the suppliers for the materials to be delivered on time.
- Preparing the arts & crafts materials to be ready for usage in courses/camps/trips/events.
- Coordinating with drivers on the transportation of materials to different places.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Showing ability to work under pressure as well as making effective prioritization and problem solving
- Demonstrate professional business conduct and an ability to handle multiple tasks
- Direct work experience would be a plus
- Able to physically and mentally react to unexpected circumstances and emergencies
- Able to work well in teams and liaise with other staff and departments
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. Good knowledge of the French or German languages is a plus.
- Very good in Microsoft Office
