Job Description
Main Duties:
- Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.
- Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
- Manage employer’s client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
- Feedback all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff.
- Ensure they are aware with all competitive activities within accounts and prevent attrition.
- Negotiating account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate the team.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
- Travel may be required.
