Job Description
- Nashirnet is working in the cloud hosting filed since 1997 offering cloud Linux and windows servers to customers and seeking for a technical support engineer with 7+ years of experience in the web hosting filed with excellent technical skills to be able to solve the customer support tickets and answer their phone calls
Job Requirements
- Excellent skills in preparing physical and virtual servers , and installing windows , linux operating systems on physical/virtual servers .
- Excellent knowledge on the common virtualization technologies like Microsoft Hyper-v and VMware .
- Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting and solving the common problems of hosting OS ( windows , linux , etc ... )
- Excellent skills in installing and configuring Hosting Control Panels on windows and linux ( CPanel WHM , Directadmin , Plesk , etc …) and be able to troubleshooting and solving their common problems.
- Excellent knowledge in the general hosting and networking skills ( DNS ,Apache, IIS, Email, FTP )
- Good knowledge in Networking and servers security .
