Job Description
- Working as a supervisor in the warehouse department
- Act as a positive role model at all times.
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of all fleet vehicles and equipment
- Schedules and dispatches vehicles and drivers
- Plans vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Reviews purchase requests for new and replacement vehicles
- Performs a variety of tasks
- Leads and directs the work of others
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
- Making any reports that will be ordered by the operation manager or the supervisor
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Prepare and submit performance reports daily, weekly and monthly to the operation manager and the supervisor
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing feedback and coaching
- Setting goals for performance in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience
- Preferred to be working before in multinational company
- Requires experience in the automotive field or in related areas
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
