Job Description
Main Duties:
- Review current marketing strategy and develop recommendations on where to improve.
- Lead the development and execution of the digital space strategy.
- Implementing marketing, content and product strategies across all digital channels that drive consumer engagement and revenue growth.
- Use performance metrics and data analysis to focus on the most meaningful and effective digital marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Be able to represent the company at municipal / local authorities and provide appropriate solutions to any dilemmas that may arise.
- Consistently seek to improve the company’s design & operational quality efficiently & intuitively.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Job Requirements
- Expert in online advertising and social media content writing.
- In-depth knowledge about the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Adwords) and re-targeting social network advertising (Facebook Ads).
- Experience with B2C & B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net insight, Web trends etc.)
- Very Good English speaking and writing.
- Experienced in dealing with Facebook and Twitter and Instagram and sms messages and send e-mail.
- Good written and spoken communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Highly creative and pragmatic.
- Emotional intelligence and ability to create change in an environment where the organization and brand are evolving rapidly.
