About the Job
  • Create and promote an environment that fosters both individual and team advancement to ensure the outstanding delivery of customer service.
  • Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's reception of the expected distinguished service.
  • Help customer's pay Bills.
  • Solve Customer's technical issues.
Job Requirements
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Egyptians Only.
  • Undergraduates & Undergrads
  • Able to Start Training on the 1st of May

Job Features

  • Transportation door to door is provided.
  • Rotational days and weekends
  • 5 days a week , 2 days off
  • Shift : evening only most probably it will be from 5pm – 11pm
  • salary 1600 LE
  • Social and medical insurance.
  • VPN from Vodafone (unlimited messages, unlimited calls).
  • Free Access to Gold's GYM.
  • Undergrads will be going to the exams in the morning and then attend the training in the afternoon .
  • Go live (login date) will be during Ramadan
  • Eftar will be at the premises .
  • Location: Horizon, 6th of October
