Job Description
- Designing, optimizing, implementing and troubleshooting VOIP Solutions.
- Installing and Configuring Call Center application.
- Call Center Integration with CRM.
- Call center Module for Elastix.
- Installing Asterisk IP-PBX system on the Cloud .
- Building High availability clustering.
- Implement Asterisk server and configure Asterisk server functionality as IVR, create extensions ,create a queue , create ring group , voicemail, call recording , Time condition ,incoming route ,custom context module and dial pattern polices for outbound .
- Integrate Asterisk server with Panasonic exchange.
- SIP or lax protocols to connect Different systems.
- Configure ATA devices as PSTN interface (spa400 and gxw 410x).
- Fax over IP using HylaFax.
- Accomplish many VoIP Telephone Systems in many companies.
- Accomplish many CCTV Systems in many companies.
