Job Description

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Process hiring and resignation procedures and building team.
  • Approves and registers employee's vacation.
  • Handling job vacancies request and submitting them to the different recruitment pools.
  • Screening received CVs and categorizing them according to different criteria.
  • Updating online recruitment ads besides posting new ones in different media.
  • Conducting Competency-Based interviews.
  • Handling the payroll and personnel activities.
  • Review and refresh the performance evaluation system to encourage behavior that advances the mission.
  • Records, maintains and monitors attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Develop training and development programs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR
  • Experience in hiring processes and procedures.
  • Experience in dealing with Insurance Authority and required hiring documentations.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Effective communication with all internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in using Word, Excel and Power Point applications.
  • Taking initiative and self management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic using proper communication tools and technologies.
  • Time Management.
