Job Description
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Process hiring and resignation procedures and building team.
- Approves and registers employee's vacation.
- Handling job vacancies request and submitting them to the different recruitment pools.
- Screening received CVs and categorizing them according to different criteria.
- Updating online recruitment ads besides posting new ones in different media.
- Conducting Competency-Based interviews.
- Handling the payroll and personnel activities.
- Review and refresh the performance evaluation system to encourage behavior that advances the mission.
- Records, maintains and monitors attendance to ensure employee punctuality
- Develop training and development programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR
- Experience in hiring processes and procedures.
- Experience in dealing with Insurance Authority and required hiring documentations.
- Excellent command of English.
- Effective communication with all internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in using Word, Excel and Power Point applications.
- Taking initiative and self management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic using proper communication tools and technologies.
- Time Management.
