Job Description
- Strategically set department plan & budget and monitor its operations along the year to ensure proper control.
- Completely set and review department SOPs and flow charts to ensure efficient work operations.
- Professionally manage the security operations including contract, guards selection, flowing pre-set policies…etc to ensure securing company premises.
- Distinctively Manage Furniture and seating plan for new and current branches to ensure proper utilization of company premises.
- Selectively manage all negotiations and contract agreements for facilities and services such as cleaning companies, stationary, Pest Control…etc to avail high standard service to the company premises.
- Passionately communicate with different departments to ensure achieving preset objectives and resolving escalated problems.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline.
- 12 - 15 years' experience in the Administration and Operations; 5 years in a managerial position.
- Solid experience in managing security function is a must.
- Deep understanding of ISO Certificates is a plus.
- Excellent Negotiation, Problem Solving, Communication, and leadership skills.
- Very Good command of English language.
