- Receive customers requests and inquiries through different online channels and platforms.
- Qualify outsource project data.
- Contact customers and gather required data & documents related to their requests.
- Add all details related to leads generated and assign it to the sales team.
- Ensure adequate sales leads visibility in the CRM.
- Generate reports related to number of calls, customers, leads...etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business is preferred
- Lives in new Cairo or nearby (Nasr city , Maadi , Heliopolis, ..)
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Good English Level
- Maximum age: 27 years old.
